About the role

Our client company is a leading Sofware as a Service B2B vendor in a fast-growing market. Our client is looking for a motivated and sales-minded business development representative for the international sales team. The main responsibility of a Business Development Representative is to prequalify and develop sales leads for the sales team. This individual will have a pivotal role between our Client's Marketing and Sales team.

Job duties

  • Lead management, progress and tracking (using Hubspot) provide Marketing Qualifled Leads (MQL's) to the Sales Team
  • Promt and clear communication with potential leads by multiple medias
  • Teamwork: cooperation with colleagues and various stakeholders
  • Leveraging the team, tools and value-propositions to rapidly become more autonomous and maximize lead generation effiency and performance

We are looking for

  • Suitable education for the position (BBA minimum, preferably M.Sc. (Econ.)
  • Fluency in English and Finnish. Fluency in French or German is seen as an advantage.
  • Good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Previous experience in using the HubSpot/CRM system is considered an advantage
  • Excellent communication and prospecting skills

We also consider previous sales experience or you have previously worked with leads to be an advantage.
