Would you like to work with modern creator marketing? Keep on reading - this is your chance! We are now looking for a Jr. Creator Partnerships Manager for Matchmade - a platform that brings together content creators and advertisers.

About the role

In this role you work as a "matchmaker" between advertisers and content creators, especially YouTubers. Your job is to plan monthly sales actions for existing clients, e.g. game companies. We expect you to have a driven attitude, a business mindset, and a desire to offer solutions to the client's needs. You want to expand the cooperation and take the business to the next level! You also play a key role in growing content creators' audience with relevant sponsorships by negotiating deals directly with content creators or with agencies and managers.

Job duties

  • Negotiating and selling influencer collaborations to existing clients
  • Additional sales to deepen and expand the cooperation
  • Negotiating sponsorships with content creators, agencies, and managers

We are looking for

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills that allow you to build strong relationships
  • Knowledge and understanding of social media platform ecosystems (e.g., viewers, partners, advertisers, etc.)
  • Team player who is comfortable with ambiguity, and with evolving the role as the company evolves
  • High sense of excitement about growing the creator economy and desire to understand it deeper
  • Fluent skills in English (other languare skills are considered as an advantage)

Nice to haves

  • Customer-facing and direct sales experience in the creator industry
  • Experience with a CRM and the ability to handle a healthy pipeline while maintaining a high attention to detail and organization
