About the role

In this role you will be a part of a dynamic business, where your tasks are varied. Your responsibilities include assisting in monthly reporting, cooperating with accountant office, invoicing and other financial management tasks. You will work in collaboration with stakeholders and business partners in order to develop the existing systems.

Job duties

  • Managing with tasks related to reporting and invoicing
  • Developing and supporting of ERP tools (in collaboration with a provider)
  • Assisting other group functions, such as Sales in reporting and invoicing
  • Executive assistant tasks such as meeting arrangements

We are looking for

Your background:

  • Relevant academic background (e.g., B.sc or M.sc in Economics, Business or similar)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and financial management (monthly reports, BSR, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
