About the role
To ensure a smooth start in your new role, you will receive a comprehensive introduction. After this it is possible to work remotely. You will be part of the After Sales Parts team, as well as the Machine Sales team, working on orders, quotations and invoicing mostly in Swedish.

Job duties
- Preparing and entering spare parts orders and quotations into the system
- Invoicing of spare parts and maintenance orders
- Preparation of machine sales quotations in Swedish and English
- Entering machine sales orders into the system
We are looking for
- Relevant educational backround (technical or commercial)
- Previous work experience in a similar role (e.g. summer job, traineeship)
- Fluency, both written and verbal, in Swedish and English
Finnish and previous experience in ERP systems is seen as an advantage.

- Start: As soon as possible
- Work extent: Fixed term. Until the end of August, with the possibility of a longer period
