We are now looking for a Training and Communication Specialist to join our client Konecranes. In the role, you will be focusing on working as a Communications Specialist in SAP project while supporting managers in planning learning paths for the redesigned platform. About the role

As a Training and Communication Specialist, you will work with several stakeholders ensuring comprehensive and accurate communication of a redesign project of the SAP platform. You will be responsible for the communications of the project as a whole. Your tasks will include e.g. planning and creating communications material, creating internal newsletters, and building and maintaining subscriber lists. In addition, you will support managers in planning learning paths for the new platform, and other training tasks e.g. reserve training times and ensure all relevant parties are involved.

Job duties

  • SAP Communication Annual Plan
  • Communicating SAP system changes to the end-users in cooperation with technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Maintaining SAP-related information in internal forums
  • Organizing S/4 Hana training path for relevant IT clusters, including practical arrangements
  • Facilitating the SAP Key-User communities in cooperation with global stakeholders
  • Organizing selected communication events in teams/for live audiences related to special projects and other cases as needed
  • Supporting SAP-related IT organization in comms matters
  • Working actively with other comms people in IT and business organizations

We are looking for

  • Suitable educational background, e.g. Bachelor’s degree in business, communications or education
  • A few years of experience in communications and training management
  • Excellent communication skills as the job requires daily interactions with colleagues based in different countries/locations
  • Excellent M365 skills (Office tools, Teams, SharePoint, Yammer)
  • Ability to work and communicate efficiently with a globally distributed team
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of training design and learning path design
  • Ability to manage your own workload

Knowledge about SAP and PowerBI is considered as an advantage.
